02Who we look for
Experience, judgement and ownership
- Substantial experience in programme, project, product or change delivery; recruitment; HR; procurement; or bids.
- A record of delivering in complex, governed environments, ideally in our sectors.
- Recognised qualifications where relevant, such as MSP, PRINCE2, APM, Prosci, CIPD or CIPS.
- Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders.
- Commitment to the standards set out in our governance and quality policies.
