    We present an honest assessment and recovery options. We agree priorities, scope decisions and the criteria for success with the sponsor.

    Design

    We rebuild the plan and baseline, reset governance and reporting, and clarify roles across your team and suppliers. We choose PRINCE2, Agile or hybrid controls to suit the work.

  4. 04

    Deliver

    We lead delivery against the new baseline, manage suppliers and dependencies, and report progress transparently. Issues are escalated early and resolved quickly.

  5. 05

    Improve

    We capture lessons learned, close the project formally and hand over to operations with clear documentation and ownership.
