What we typically find
Many organisations run several linked initiatives without a single view of how they fit together. Dependencies are missed, resources are double-booked and boards receive reports that describe activity rather than progress.
Governance often grows by accident. Steering groups multiply, decisions stall and accountability blurs. Benefits are stated in the business case and then rarely tracked once delivery begins.
A PMO can fix this, but only if it is designed for the decisions leaders actually need to make. Too often it becomes a reporting function that adds overhead without adding control.

We review PMO performance at set points, refine processes and build internal capability so your organisation can run the function confidently after handover.
