Netox Commercial

Commercial capability that wins and protects value

We provide HR advisory, procurement and bid support for organisations in transition. Our senior specialists strengthen policy, secure better contracts and help you win the work that matters.

01Overview

Specialist support across people, buying and winning

Change puts pressure on people, suppliers and revenue at the same time. We bring together HR, procurement and bid expertise so that these functions support your objectives rather than slow them down.

We advise on HR policy, workforce planning and outsourced HR support. We design procurement strategies, run sourcing and tenders, and manage contracts. We write and manage bids for PQQs, ITTs and frameworks.

For larger needs, we mobilise a dedicated team that takes full ownership, from mobilisation to handover. That might be a full tender process, a bid for a major framework or an HR change programme.

04Engagement models

Ways to work with us

We agree the model that fits your risk, timescale and internal capacity. Many clients start with one and move to another as needs change.

01

Dedicated managed team

We mobilise a team that takes full ownership of a tender, bid or HR programme, from mobilisation to handover, with clear governance and reporting.

Suited to: Major bids, complex procurements and HR change with fixed deadlines.

02

Interim and fractional specialists

An experienced HR, procurement or bid professional joins your team full-time or for set days each week.

Suited to: Capacity gaps, maternity cover or building an in-house function.

03

Project-based, fixed scope

A defined deliverable for an agreed fee, such as a policy suite, a procurement strategy, a single tender response or a bid review.

Suited to: Discrete needs with a clear brief and deadline.

04

Retained support

Ongoing access to our commercial specialists for advice, bid pipeline support or outsourced HR, on a monthly retained basis.

Suited to: Organisations with a regular bid pipeline or no in-house HR or procurement team.

05Methodology

Disciplined processes, clearly governed

Each area of our commercial work follows a structured lifecycle. We adapt it to your organisation, sector and deadlines.

HR advisory
We review existing policies against current employment law and good practice, then develop workforce plans, organisational designs and people policies that support your strategy. We advise, and refer specialist legal questions to qualified employment lawyers.
Procurement lifecycle
We support each stage: needs analysis, market engagement, procurement strategy, tender, evaluation, award and contract management. For public bodies, we align processes with the Procurement Act 2023 and its notice and transparency requirements.
Bid qualification and bid/no-bid
We assess each opportunity against your capability, capacity, competitive position and commercial fit, so you invest effort where you can win.
Win themes and bid writing
We develop win themes from customer needs and evaluation criteria, then write clear, evidenced responses that address every requirement in the specification.
Review gates
We run structured colour reviews, such as pink, red and gold team reviews, to test storyline, compliance and quality before final sign-off.
Submission and debrief
We manage final compliance checks and submission, then request and analyse the debrief to improve future bids, whatever the outcome.

07FAQs

Questions clients ask

Do you write bids for public sector tenders?

Yes. We write and manage responses to public and private sector tenders, including PQQs, selection questionnaires, ITTs and framework applications. We work to the buyer’s evaluation criteria and deadlines.

Can you help us decide whether to bid?

Yes. We run a structured bid/no-bid assessment covering fit, competition, capacity and commercial risk. It helps you focus resources on the opportunities you are most likely to win.

Are you familiar with the Procurement Act 2023?

Yes. We support public bodies and suppliers working under the Procurement Act 2023, including its procedures, notices and transparency requirements. We provide practical procurement support, not legal advice.

Can you provide outsourced HR support?

Yes. We provide ongoing HR support for organisations without an in-house function, covering policy, employee relations, recruitment processes and workforce planning, on a retained or project basis.

Can you manage our contracts after award?

Yes. We set up contract management arrangements covering performance measures, reporting, variations and risk, and can run them for you or hand them over to your team.

How much notice do you need for a bid?

The more notice, the better the result. We can support short-deadline tenders, but early involvement allows proper qualification, win theme development and review gates.
